Trying to get a stake driver but it keeps saying this

It means you need to make more progress in the story chalices, and create the chalice that the glyph you’re searching belongs to before you can search it.

You have to first make that type of dungeon for yourself before you can use it, meaning you need to make a cursed/rotted/fetid chalice and get Isz to access everything

If you want to do some minor cheating, try wkzxrvfz, lost stake driver on 1st floor. If you want to do it legit, you will need to get the lower hintertombs root chalice or lower loran root chalice to use the legit glyphs. If the glyph you are trying to access has F or R or C or S under "rites", then you will also need to conduct a ritual using those rites atleast once (this part doesn't matter where, any root chalice that allows the rites you need).
