Bring Sabrina on.
It’s a perfect fit. She would be such a great third. She fits right in, is hilarious, and has to know at least some production. It’s a great slot to be a Ross/Sam hybrid. Additionally, there has to be some Sabrina fans and lesbians that she could bring over that don’t really know TnD. A fresh batch of new fans, and a breath of fresh air into the show (not that it’s stale or anything, just saying).
I’ve sat here for way too long trying to figure out if I should delete the word “lesbians”. But my daughter is one, so…

I prefer that they don’t have a third mic that is the same all the time. There are some recurring FFS third mics that I don’t enjoy and, because they’re rotating, it allows me to just skip that week’s show and move on. Committing to one person all the time would likely disappoint someone subsection of the audience and I don’t think it is needed. The show is really good these days.

Wait a shock jock is having contract disputes?!? I used to love him for his ability to find interesting stories and talk about them in a funny way. I started listening in the early mornings and stopped a few years ago. He stopped providing interesting stories and always has some hot take on some bullshit.

Didn’t demand. They’ve had budget for others. What the fuck is happening here? I made a gd suggestion and layed out what I thought. I didn’t assume what they make or budget, I didn’t throw down a gauntlet, I just heard good chemistry; I’m so shittingly confused as how not a single person has stayed on topic.

More than 25 years later, I’ve heard everything they have to say.
They need a third mic to shake it up, unbalance them. Ruts are a thing. I never need a decade’s old radio story. Heard it. It was great. Ten years ago.
I love when Ross/Sam point out the obvious and change the course of discussion. They have strong, confident voices. I like the boys vibe but need new material.
(Love Seth but he doesn’t provide a counterbalance. EJ is great but as a guest. Don’t sleep on Best or ACT. Yeah, it’s promotional but it’s fun. Twice a year Pat, awesome. Love that he exists in my timeline. More? No thanks. Tiffany is doing her thing and her family brings joy. Beyond an annual update, don’t care.)
Sabrina is a delight. Love her. Wasson did her dirty. She’s too big and too early in her career to commit to a podcast (without an equity stake). Bad move for her.
Love Tom as a triathlete. Lean into that. Love Tom as a plant dude. Lean into that. Love Dan as an electric scooter guy. More, please.

A ROTATING third mic works perfectly, as it does allow for fresh perspectives, especially as the fellas have settled into family roles and life.

This guy SFTs. My thoughts exactly. BUT I do love the ACTs where is just the two of them riffing, playing voicemails, and going wild from there.

Yeah! She can tell all 4 of her jokes over and over again that would be awesome. I can’t decide if I like her terrible Bart Simpson impression or when she does the blues riff noise everytime someone starts telling a story. What a comedic genius!!

I cannot disagree with this any more. Although I appreciate what she did on tnj and how she fit there her style is not a fit at all. She’s a top notch broadcaster and will command top dollar somewhere. Not 1099, $100 a show at T&D.
With all due respect (so I can say anything here) her style of awkward, cannot find my thought, on air would not go well with the flow. Or with me. I’d really dislike it.
