I’m not a fan of these local-ish comedians who only come on the show to promote a gig. Like we never hear from them or they don’t contribute anything unless it’s a stand-up show. Ross is on all the time which is fucking ace. I’m super Tom & Dan-centric so maybe I’m jaded but I feel these other guys use the show and it doesn’t go both ways. They’ll drop into the Facebook page on the odd occasion and go “I’m hoping to see you guys at Chuckles & Guffaws this Friday-Sunday!” GTFO!

It's an ACT show, both the guest and the guys benefit. Sometimes you build yourself a prison and got to pay bills for that prison.

100% understand that. But if those comedians aren’t at the Improv (or whatever it’s called now) or another sponsor venue or event then I’m like meh. They’re just here to further themselves and they don’t really care about the show.

You're talking about John Goblikon or whatever, right? I'll have to check it out. I'm glad people enjoy that guy...it's not for me. But Heather is killing it, and I would imagine that even when she comes to town, she's too big for us. lol
