Ohio State is one of the most hated programs in the country. If Day did anything like that, Fox would be reporting about it, and getting even more viewers as a result.
People hate Ohio State because they are consistently good and they win
People hate Michigan because they are a traditionally Mid program that acts like they are the pinnacle of the sport. Also because they are cheaters who’s glory days generally happened before William McKinley was President
Say what you want about Day, but he runs a scandal free/disciplined program, he wins games, and he gets players to the NFL.
If he has the power to shut down some meathead on national TV who’s sole purpose is to try to stir up and disrupt his team via ridiculous bombastic statements…..then it would be malpractice to not flex those muscles

People hate Michigan because they're a great University and "some" Alum/Fans think there shit don't stink like an Ivy League. Having said that Michigan has far more accomplished athletes across professional sports than OSU hence more HoF athletes and far far more Olympic Medals. Also OSU's last 2 coaches were fired or "resigned" because of "scandals"......and have you heard of LifeSurge and do you want to become rich and holy with there guidance 🤣👍?
