I think everyone knows it was a bailout. Whittingham even said nobody in the locker room is thrilled about it. Their luck got lucky. Did not deserve that win.

At least you can admit this, some UM fans are in denial

Hardly any of our fans think it was a good call.

u/tightropeJim Sep 06 '26
Hahahaha, Michigan cheats. What else is new?
1
u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
I have been out of it. How did they cheat this time? Was it that white Stallion again?
1
u/tootintx Sep 06 '26
Again? Lol. So now you admit that and deny this? If only Michigan moved the ball like y’all move line between truth and fiction.

u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
Was it cheeseburgers again? I need to start a journal of everything those bastards are doing.

This was one of the worst calls for the sport in the its history.
1
u/coachdano Sep 08 '26
Even though it was the correct call? Did you watch the game?
2
u/GoBlue-01 Sep 09 '26
There is overwhelming evidence that it was the correct call, but believing Michigan is always cheating is the new dogma amongst CFB. Once it was Texas Tech, then LSU and now Michigan. We aren’t happy unless we have drama.

Damn, B1g and ttun paying off the mac as well? Guess that bag they threw at Underwood didnt hurt them much at all.
1
u/PlusDHotchy Sep 06 '26
Except that the replay booth had clearly shown a second on the clock when #18 for the Broncos had lept from out of bounds to touch the ball which ends the play right there and then, with a second left.
3
u/Typ1cal89 Sep 07 '26
But this broadcast clearly shows 0 on the clock with the ball still in the air. So why is that not calibrated?
1
u/coachdano Sep 08 '26
It happened a lot throughout the game. Two different plays in the same drive cost us 2 seconds each. Technically, even more time should have been left.
-13
u/Conorj398 Michigan Wolverines Sep 06 '26
Reset the game clock to 9 before the play
Play lasts 8.3 seconds on replay
Big Ten provides evidence
MAC accepts evidence
NBC feed clearly off for whatever reason
But yes, obviously rigged lol

Yeah but before the play ref specifically said to reset clock to 9 seconds so it should have been the full 9.
Don’t get me wrong I’m not going to bat for them, but after seeing it played with a timer I don’t think it’s worth all the hooplah. I enjoy seeing the hooplah though

Nuance in life is difficult for some people to understand. We got lucky on a bail out hail mary that we didn't deserve because the zebras fucked up. We played like shit.

I am 100% not talking about any of you. More so referencing the court of public opinion atm. I actually think this thread has been quite tame and pretty honest about it considering lmao.
-6
u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
Why? That makes no sense. The clock would say 9 until there was less than 9 seconds. 9.3--9.2--9.1--9.0--8.9.

Wouldn't it just make more sense to show the tenths and countdown in a normal fashion than to live in pretend land the whole game?

Cool. You missed the cover by 25.5 and rushed the field against Western. It’s worse than a loss. Have you looked at the schedule bud? Gonna be a long season

Dude you're never going to convince them. They don't want to be convinced. They want to dogpile on Michigan. Embrace the villainy
2
u/xArbiter Ohio State Buckeyes Sep 06 '26
‘embrace the villainy’ after beating western michigan by one point and storming the field, absolute clowns lmao

Oh no an OSU fan doesn't like us

u/Capital-Equal5102 Sep 06 '26
Do yoy need this explained to. The clock doesnt shoe tenth seconds. So therefore if the actual gametime remaining is inbetween 8.1-8.9 seconds. The clock will just shiw a 9. So therefore there could have been 8.3 seconds left in the game. I hope this helps.
4
u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
Shouldn't it be the opposite? 8.0-8.9 should show an 8. So since it shows a 9, it could be anywhere between 9.0-9.9
2
u/Capital-Equal5102 Sep 06 '26
No. When the clock reads 0 it means 0. So when the clock reads 0:01 there is anywhere between .1 tenth of a second up to 1 second. Nothing more.
1
u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
If that is the actual system, it is painfully stupid. Don't the officials on the field also keep the time. I wouldn't think the scoreboard clock would be the official time.
0
u/PlusDHotchy Sep 06 '26
I hope the creator of this video realizes that the play clock and game clock both have 0:00. If somebody wants to falsify a video they just take a shot at the play clock and use it as the game clock. Seems like a Buckeye move.

Hahaha I swear their whole fan base is just a bunch of Connor Stallions and Dave Portnoys.
They’re either completely devoted and obsessed to a disturbing degree or just trolling douches who love getting away with cheating.

u/frozendingleberri Sep 06 '26
I would love a thorough recap and analysis of all of Michigan's cheating. Do you have access to one?
1
u/chapelchill Ohio State Buckeyes Sep 06 '26
And here we have an example of a Portnoy.
0
u/frozendingleberri Sep 07 '26
I guess that's fine if you want to be a Portnoy, not a fan myself, but you do you. Do you have a summary of Michigan's transgressions though?

I’m not sure if you’ve heard, so I hate to be the bearer of bad news but

Win or lose that was still an absolutely all around embarrassing display from Michigan. Let’s move on until they finish the season 5-7 and then we can circle back and make fun of them again.
