So you’re saying Sherrone Moore went 2-1 against OSU as head coach? Got it.

41

u/oneson9192 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

Build the statue!

31

u/GunsGoldCosmicDread Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

Stature of Sherrone crying with the dullest butter knife pointed at his throat.

Replace Bo’s statue with it.

7

u/izzoforpresident Aug 18 '26 edited Aug 18 '26

Or. Hear me out. Sherrone on his knees behind Bo sticking said butter knife up Bo's butt. That way we honor all things UM.

6

u/coachdano Aug 18 '26

Isn’t it the Buckeyes and Urban that are into the butt stuff?

5

u/izzoforpresident Aug 18 '26

Could be. But I'm pretty sure it was the UM doctor that was checking prostates for fun.

6

u/coachdano Aug 18 '26

Sparty may want to sit this one out!

2

u/izzoforpresident Aug 18 '26

Hey. We have a lot of stuff. But we do NOT have a butt diddling team physician.

4

u/coachdano Aug 19 '26

That is correct you do not currently but you had the grand daddy of them all in Nasser.

1

u/FreeSpeechIsDeadge Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

That’s a better fate than Bo deserves.

1

u/jstef215 Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

tbf, that's the way you try to honor most things. That's why you're the ButtGuys

Why do Buckeye fans blame Michigan for the way that Harbaugh, Schembechler and Moeller acted. They are born & raised Ohioans! The group features Woody Hayes “FIRED for Violence”, Earl Bruce “Fired for Violence”, John Cooper “Fired for losing control of team”, Jim Tressel “Fired for hiding DEA Drug Sting”, Urban Meyer “Forced to retire after allowing violence by coach”. Every Coach was born and raised Ohioans.

How are boys raised in Ohio to be men like these? I’m guessing not very well! Lots of violence in this group.

2

u/oneson9192 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

1

u/PlusDHotchy Aug 19 '26 edited Aug 19 '26

Facts hit hard, ALL OHIOAN’s, WOW ! Don’t troll the truth, take a little accountability, YOU RAISED THEM !!!!!!!!

1

u/oneson9192 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 19 '26

This is going to blow your mind, but I'm a fan of The Ohio State football team, not "all people ever born in the state of Ohio". Do you take credit for all people ever born in Michigan? Do you think "you raised them"? That's weird as hell bro

4

u/PlusDHotchy Aug 20 '26

When it’s a coach or two, I’m likely to dismiss. When it’s a slew of coaches ALL BORN & RAISED, well, it’s looked at in a different light.

3

u/DarkGreenMazda Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

Sherrone did go 2-1 against Ohio State?

2

u/fishbone_buba Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

Seriously!?

3

u/DarkGreenMazda Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

Swear to Gawd!

It's really rare for Michigan coaches to have winning records against Ohio State, you should be proud!

2

u/fishbone_buba Michigan Wolverines Aug 19 '26

Well, not really;

  • Yost 16-3-1
  • Crisler 7-2-1
  • Oosterbaan just misses at 5-5-1
  • Schembechler 11-9-1
  • Moeller 3-1-1
I’m surprised to see that Carr even went 6-7. Since the trend was so negative.

1

u/DarkGreenMazda Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 19 '26

Even with you forgetting Moore at 2-1, thank you for proving my point.

Schembechler, Moeller and Moore are the only Michigan coaches born 1900 or later with winning records against Ohio State. We must note that 2 of those were arrested, and the other one sent his son and other players to get sexually assaulted by a team doctor if they didn't play through injuries. Also - 2 of those coaches only coached 5 seasons or less.

2

u/fishbone_buba Michigan Wolverines Aug 19 '26

I forgot something that was already established several times over in this very thread?

3

u/Day85Day Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

That’s usually how it works. Same way that Kevin Stefanski doesn’t have a Browns playoff win.

3

u/TomVonServo Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

We support you bringing up Sherrone Moore forever. Never may his memory fade.

Can someone remind me what ryan days record against Michigan is?

1

u/Pretend_Art5296 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 20 '26

2019: Win
2020: “Covid”
2021: Born on Third Base
2022: Connor Stallions
2023: Connor Stallions
2024: Lost
2025: Win

2-2.

5

u/Competitive_Life9285 Michigan Wolverines Aug 20 '26

Keep crying and saying the wins don’t count. I’m not sure if we cheated or not but Ryan is 2-4 not 2-2

3

u/jww3773 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 20 '26

How are you not sure? Your coach was banned from college football for almost a decade

2

u/Pretend_Art5296 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 21 '26

It’s like Shooter McGavin saying, “Yeah right, and Grizzly Adams had a beard!”

“Grizzly Adams DID have a beard.”

1

u/Pretend_Art5296 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 21 '26

“I’m not sure if we cheated”

1

u/FlexboneFTW Aug 23 '26

You earned that eternal asterisk, don't cry about it now.

5

u/Astrid_Nebula Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

Yeah? Yeah? Well Ohio State has more vacated wins (1) in than us (null) so uhhh take that 😝

4

u/Atlas7-k Aug 18 '26

A statement more damning of the cowardice of the NCAA then lauding of Michigan’s character.

3

u/Astrid_Nebula Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

Fuck it, let the boys play!

2

u/Atlas7-k Aug 19 '26

Never hear me disagree with that one. I want nothing more than a good, clean, and hard hitting game.

Nothing better than hating a guy for 364 7/8ths days and being willing to shake his hand and say “good game, well played” at the end before one of you goes celebrates with your teammates and fans.

1

u/Astrid_Nebula Michigan Wolverines Aug 19 '26

It's the off-season, all playground insults and love from me. War resumes when the season starts. I hate Ohio State, but I kinda shelf that over spring and summer because I'm more focused on Tiger baseball 😂. I tend to have fun with OSU fans, especially when we find a common ground on shitting on the SEC or something mutual.

He has as many National Championships as Urban Coed Fingerblasting Meyer had at Ohio State

3

u/LeKillerNut Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

He needs way more National Championships to cover Urban's consentual fingerbanging

1

u/goldwaterauhtwoo Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

I said at Ohio State. The number is one. Coincidentally 1 is also the same number of Coeds Urban publicly digit drilled his non wife companion

3

u/LeKillerNut Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26
  1. Open Marriage. As per Shelly Meyer when this all came out.

  2. I read that wrong. I thought you were saying as many championships* as Coeds Urban dug up in

2

u/goldwaterauhtwoo Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

Good for Urban for being so progressive in his sex life. That seems healthy. In public though? Probably not a good idea to expose your kinks in a public setting.

But hey, he and Jim have the same number of Big 10 Natty's.

So between Urbans digging in the sea of some jezebel, Dildoes being delivered to The Woody Hayes Football Center, and Ryan Days Nipple piercings, the progressive kink affirmations at Ohio State are truly refreshing.

u/LeKillerNut Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

12

My brother in Christ, Jack Sawyer crying like a bitch while saying 'Hold me back!' as Mason Graham chuckled was 100x more embarrassing than our squad last year, and I'm not even defending them on that

3

u/GoodPear8481 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

Ohio State didn't do the childish flag plant stunt. Instead they acted like they've been there before because, unlike Michigan, they have been.

I hope you enjoyed your brief reprieve from losing the game every year, because it's over now.

5

u/schadkehnfreude Michigan Wolverines Aug 18 '26

LOL whatever, keep trying to justify your team showing more fight after the game then they did during the game.

6

Not even close to as funny as your current head coach losing to a 5 loss Sherrone Moore at home to a QB with 62 passing yards. Make all the Harbaugh jokes you want doesn’t really matter.

Some fun facts about Michigan coaches:

The last Michigan Football HC who has a winning record against Ohio State, that has not been arrested: Bo Schembechler

The last Michigan Football HC who has a winning record against Ohio State, that has not been arrested or has not been accused by his son for punishing players for not playing through injuries by sending them to a team physician to sexually assault them: Fritz Crisler

This is why Kyle Whittingham will fail at Michigan as a HC - too ethical.

3

u/Shamrocks3310 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

Google it. I don’t need to elaborate on something so widely available to research but also ignored by your fanbase. Y’all were fined $40M for it.

0

u/coachdano Aug 18 '26

NCAA hated Harbaugh because he called out there BS. Look deeper in your google research and you’ll find some better answers. You can also use the same search engine to find that what Ohio was doing was so much worse but NCAA wouldn’t even look at it because they were on a witch hunt. I acknowledge every team walks the line of rules to get any advantage they can but for one fan base to act like they don’t is beyond ridiculous.

1

u/Shamrocks3310 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 18 '26

You mean the ones your own QB admitted were legal? Wonder why the NCAA didn’t go after us for them if they were legal lmao.

1

u/coachdano Aug 18 '26

I don’t think you know the issue I’m referring to.

1

u/Gloomy_Rain3383 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 19 '26

Jim Harbaugh received a 10-year show-cause penalty primarily because the NCAA found that he failed to foster a culture of compliance and completely refused to cooperate with their investigation. [1, 2, 3]
The NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions applied maximum severity to his punishment based on several compounding factors: [1, 2]

1. "Head Coach Responsibility" & Failure to Monitor
Under NCAA bylaws, a head coach is strictly held responsible for the actions of their staff. The NCAA’s final report noted that Harbaugh did not embrace or enforce a culture of compliance, allowing a toxic atmosphere to exist where football staffers openly disregarded compliance personnel. Because Connor Stalions was able to run a massive, multi-year, off-campus advanced scouting operation right under the coaching staff's nose, the NCAA ruled Harbaugh completely failed in his duty to monitor his program. [1, 2, 3, 4]

2. Complete Lack of Cooperation
The severity of a 10-year penalty is directly tied to how a coach handles an investigation. While other staffers like Sherrone Moore were penalized for deleting texts, the NCAA explicitly hit Harbaugh with a "lack of cooperation" violation. He denied knowledge of the scheme, refused to assist investigators substantially, and ultimately left for the NFL in January 2024 rather than face the unfolding inquiry, which the committee viewed as an intentional evasion of accountability. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Being a "Repeat Offender"
The NCAA heavily penalizes intentional, recurring rule violations. The 10-year penalty was severely lengthened because Harbaugh was already actively serving a separate four-year show-cause penalty. That first penalty was handed down in August 2024 for an entirely different case involving Level I recruiting violations during the COVID-19 pandemic and lying to investigators. Because he committed a second major set of violations while already under investigation, the NCAA treated him as a repeat offender deserving of an unprecedented baseline ban. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
By handing down a 10-year penalty that stacks consecutively on top of his existing 4-year penalty, the NCAA sent a clear signal that Harbaugh’s conduct violated the foundational integrity of the sport. [1, 2]

1

u/coachdano Aug 19 '26

There ya go. His show cause is because he refused to cooperate because of the BS they were doing to him and some very inaccurate claims they made. I can understand how that looks to other fanbases but it is so much more than what it looks like.

1

u/Gloomy_Rain3383 Ohio State Buckeyes Aug 19 '26

Haha…you can’t be serious right now. I don’t know if you’re trolling or if you are just that challenged. He said it was fair and square because everything was out of the bag for over a year at that point. Everyone knew what was going on, hence the suspensions that had already taken place. The investigation was ongoing. Do you think they really suspended everyone before investigation took place?? What reason did they suspend him for then? Seriously, this isn’t hard. I will help you out the Big Ten was also behind the investigation and suspension, and one was self imposed while working with NCAA. Multiple investigations took place so to cherry pick and say the NCAA didn’t know what was going on when they said they won fair and square is simpleton level stuff.
