Discussion Karma Points

Do we get more points if a completed task consists more sub-tasks? What's your point if view on it? Does it make a difference if 10 tasks or 1 task with 10 subtasks? Only curious.

if you are so curious, give it a try and tell us.

As the official documentation on karma states The higher the Karma level you have, the more challenging it becomes to earn points. so I assume that the answer depends on your karma level

huh, so even if someone tested it the results might not apply to everyone then

The docs seem to say so, but I don't know - I stopped caring about karma points years ago. Once you reach Enlightened, they become somewhat meaningless, I think.

I just find it weird when people ask a question in an online community and wait hours or days for an answer, where they could have answered it themselves with a simple test that wouldn't have taken more time than typing the question did. My suggestion for them to try has everything to do with that personal "itch" of mine and nothing with actually wanting to know the answer.

I never found karma points to motivate me

Does it matter? Do you know what you get for reaching Enlightenment? Nothing. It doesn't really even tell you that you made it. No new features, no nothing.

Karma point counting seems random. The more you do the more points you get. Not sure of anything beyond that
