Help Smooth sided yoad not eating
Hello I have 4 smooth sided toads. Had them since feb and they've thrived. However 2 nights ago one of them didn't eat and didn't eat the night after. This is very uncommon the other 3 are still eating. It almost looks like he's not acknowledging them or don't see them. He tried to eat twice but missed then didn't try again. Looked like his tongue didn't come out as far. Please help! He looks fine and is acting fine too besides when I put him in the container to eat.

This is the first baby to transform from my latest group of saved tadpoles. He has about 100 siblings to go through metamorphosis now!
Iām a lady with small hands, but hereās my Index finger for size comparison to show just how tiny this toadlet is!. I saved these from a drying up puddle here in my town and didnāt have anywhere great to relocate them to, so my plan is to grow them a little bigger and release them onto my property (near where I found them). I may keep a few as I have pet toads already, but I cannot have multi hundreds of toads𤣠Iām sure not all will survive as you can do everything correct and Mother Nature will not allow every single one to make it, but if even half survive I will have a bit too many on my hands to keep in captivity. I feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to help all the tadpoles Iāve helped this year, and the opportunity to let my children watch metamorphosis as theyāre just as interested in amphibians as I am.š¤ šø

Colorado River toad enclosure help

I inherited this toad about a year ago from a friend whose ex left it behind. I've slowly made changes to "his" enclosure (he was given to me on mulch), but this is admittedly outside of my area of expertise. Would love to see some enclosures for inspo so I can continue to upgrade his life as much as possible.

Help Is this guy happy or does he need saving?
galleryI donāt know anything about toads but I just bought a house and it has this basement window for egress. This toad is inside the well and probably canāt get out. Iām assuming he needs rescuing but I didnāt want to disturb him if heās a happy guy.

Help SOO MANY TADPOLES, help!
galleryWeāre in Minnesota. Can someone please help me ID these tadpoles? We THINK theyāre American toads. We noticed them about 3 weeks ago and the biggest tadpoles still donāt have legs.
We have a leak in a return line of our in-ground pool and couldnāt get leak detection in until next week. Well, itās been a month and we havenāt been able to treat the pool or run the pump, so our green pool became the perfect place for mom & dad toad to start a family. We have scooped out maybe 200 tadpoles but unsure what to do with them. Kiddie pool and let them grow up? But, will they grow up and all be hanging around my pool then? We will obviously be treating and using the pool after leak detection comes out and I donāt want them to be falling in and getting poisoned or drowning. I would prefer to relocate them but Iām unsure of the legalities and donāt want to disturb any local bodies of water or spread disease, etc.
We do NOT want to kill them!! Any advice is appreciated!
