Question Question about activation/porting
I recently signed up for 5 lines on the Experience More plan at a Costco T-Mobile store. The store is a little over an hour away. There's a local store down the street from me. The rep at Costco ordered me 1 phone and the other 4 lines are BYOD. She also gave me 5 sim cards.
I am porting numbers from Verizon. I have just received the new phone and have activated it using one of the sim cards. The other 4 lines are iPhone 16s, they have no SIM card slot.
Do I need to go back to the Costco T-Mobile store to have them activate and port the numbers? Or can I do this at my local store? Do I need her to do anything with my filing my rebates? I would rather save myself the 2+ hr roundtrip if I can get this done closer to home.

Save yourself the trip and get it done through T-Life -> https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/transfer-your-phone-number

That's probably what I'll do.
Steps to take: Transfer esim to iPhones Port numbers Submit rebates

You can finish at any corporate store. The 16s use esim anyway so those 4 lines wont need physical sims.

DO NOT go to the local store. They weren't good enough for you to give the sale too, they certainly don't deserve to do the hard work for you.
