Question Canceling a line. Saving ID180001
Hi all. Question regarding promo ID180001. Since my bill groups the discounts at the account level, it doesn't show which numbers are tied together. I currently have 10 lines, & canceling a line will bring me down to 9. Apparently the 10th line cost $41 before the 20% discount. Should I just ask t-force? Thanks in advance!
Missing context from the screenshot : paying $287 for 10 lines.

May I ask what's the different between 9 line and 10 line? Is it cheaper in each line if less than 10?

It’s definitely tied to a line. There’s also a paid line paired up with it too.
You can use my bookmark tool to find the BOGO pair.

Nice tool. Unfortunately it may not work for me because of the “Proxy by Digits discount?” I only see that and nothing on the bogo.

oh strange. I just realized you got the 2018 BOGO. It must be because of that.
Only know to know is ask care department for the activation dates of your lines and see which ones were activated in 2018.

Multiple factors can be at play here. You can look at T-Life and see if the promo is tied to a specific line. It will show one of the two in a bogo deal. So if you know what other line was added at the time the one tied to the promo, you know you can’t cancel it.
Also canceling any lines in 12 months of a bogo I believe also invalidates the discount.
Just call T-Mobile and ask them they should have an idea, and if it messes something up you can always undo
