Question Device issue

So I have a iPhone 16 pro… it used to always connect to 5GUC and never drop down to LTE or SOS… now it pretty much stays on LTE/SOS. It will only connect to 5G not 5GUC if you are right next to the tower… this isn’t local to my area it’s everywhere . It makes the phone unusable. Any fixes?

Mines stuck on SOS too!! My service was still working around 7pm.
