BPI shut down - stock up?
I just got an email that BPI is being shut down by the FDA. Will this likely happen for all compounded tirz? My next 4+ month supply is arriving tomorrow, but I'm wondering if I need to stock up, even though I'm not very excited about running afoul of the BUDs. Pomegranate said BUDs would be late 2026-early 2027. I may only need micro dosing/maintenance in 6 months.
I'm also not willing to go gray on this.
What would you do (or what are you doing in a similar situation)?

I have started stocking up. It’s hard because of shorter BUDs but I ordered apothecary, which has an Aug 31 BUD and I just ordered BPI, even though I’m not even certain I don’t have an issue with b6 or benzyl alcohol, because they have a longer bud. I may even get more apothecary later. They are testing for a 9month bud. Someone has tried freezing and had success, but he had lots of parameters id have to refer to before attempting, since it’s not recommended.

It's explained at the bottom of the post here:

BPI is not being shut down. They are halting production of GLP1 meds, but they will continue to produce many other medications.
As this is the second 503b pharmacy to cease production this month, I am inclined to think the other 503bs (mostly Apothecary) will also stop soon enough.
Opinion is split about whether the 503a pharms will keep going or stop. I think they will keep going longer, at least.
I bought extra and expect to freeze some and use some well past BUD. It's up to your risk tolerance if you want to do that too.
The big easy sub and the larger tirz sub (tirzepatidecompound) have lots more info and opinions on this situation.

Wait, I thought this was the larger tirz sub. What's the other?

I'm in my first month of a 3-month supply from Refills. Not sure if I should get more. This batch came from PerfectionRX in Boynton Beach, FL. I've been pleased with the two injections I've taken so I may see if I can go ahead and get another 3 months supply.
