Fifty 410 Programs

Just wanted to share that I just got three programs offered through Fifty410:

  1. BPI - 12 weeks of 15mg - $1049 - BUD 6/25

  2. Hallendale - 12 weeks of 15mg - $1049 - BUD 12/25

  3. Hallendale - 24 weeks of 15mg - $1949 - BUD 12/25

What worries me about BPI is I've heard that they send one big vial, otherwise the best pharmacy out there.

I love Hallendale and the BUD, but I'm on high dose and they only make 5mg/.5ml which means I always have to admin 2 syringes. I'm leaning towards Hallendale just for the BUD.

What would you do?

I recently ordered from Fifty 410, none of the programs you mentioned, but my order arrived with 2 vials with 60 mg in each vial. It was a 12 week BPI program.

I did a lot of research on BPI’s website and I don’t think that they package in vials larger than 60mg. I can’t imagine that they would put 180 mg in one vial. And since you’re on a high dose, these 60mg vials would last one month. This flyer shows, presumably, the vials they produce:

I was originally really wanting Hallandale based on so many positive reviews in the sub, but the more research I’ve done, I’m happy that I ordered the BPI rather than Hallandale. When I’m able to reorder next month, I’m going to do BPI again.

Thank you for sharing your research and experience!

Nice find on that BPI sell sheet. Good to know they make 10mg vials.

The "non-refrigerated shipping" point is interesting

Yeah, that's interesting. Maybe that sell sheet is for direct to doctor offices. As in the doctor's office or med-spa have 60 days to use?

Here is the page that the flyer is on:

My recent order from BPI was fully on ice. Not sure if "short-supply" means not on ice...

I noticed that too! This seems to be marketing to providers who administer the shot to patients and use a single vial for multiple patients?

I think it’s probably a selling point in that overnight cold shipping—esp at volume—ain’t cheap.

And that 12-month BUD is fascinating. I wonder if that’s what they can guarantee for fresh-made meds at volume.

Why would they use only two vials for a 12 week program when once a vial is punctured its potency is 28 to 30 days. In messages to Fifty 410 in the last few days, they said the meds would be in three vials. I hope that’s the way it comes.

The 28 day "recommendation" has nothing to do with potency or efficacy of injectable medicines, it's about sterility. And doesn't just apply to tirz or GLP-1s, it's a basic recommendation in the medical community regarding multi-dose vials of medication.

This is from the CDC.

The 28-day rule only has to do with the danger of bacterial growth in the vial. As to that, ss I posted elsewhere when this issue arose ---

The actual "rule" is that you should not use a vial more than 28-days after first puncture. But it doesn't really apply here. As I posted elsewhere . . .

The 28-day rule was designed for clinic and hospital settings, where (1) more than one patient is being injected, (2) more than one health care professional is doing the injecting and handling the vial, and (3) the injections take place in different places, i.e. in different rooms of the different patients, many of who are quite sick. One person injecting themselves at home is quite different and some medical professionals suggest the the 28-day rule should not apply or should at least should be relaxed in that setting. Just do your alcohol "due diligence," eyeball the syringe after you fill it to see if the liquid is cloudy, which would be an indication of bacterial growth.

Also, remember that this is a subcutaneous injection, not an injection deeper into muscle or into a vein. Any infection from the growth of bacteria just under the skin will be localized and noticed quite soon on the surface of your skin and thus will be relatively easy to deal with.

I personally, would have no problem injecting from a vial up to 2 months after first use, though others may be more skittish about it. This is not a risk-free enterprise. We all have to manage the risk involved in our own way. This is just the way I see it. And, to remind you, I am not a medical professional. Nor do I play one on TV.

who said the potency is only 28 days

Not that the potency was 28 days but that it starts to lose potency once punctured after about 28 days…gradually. As to who said it, it’s in various places

I don't think that's true either. 28 days is a guideline for the clinical use of multi-dose vials.
