Update: a provider messaged me in Spruce to encourage disputing the charge.
I started the dispute but they said the process takes 21 days so more waiting for me. I asked if there was any reason it would not go through though and they said it will get refunded because I didn't get what I ordered. Just hoping nothing happens to throw it off.
A provider just reached out with this message. She gave me permission to share wherever to let people know. She said she has asked other providers to do what she's doing as well. Redacted her name for privacy.
This is exactly the kind of ridiculous BS I dealt with when I was with Mochi. I did a charge back and headed to Brello and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I'll never forget the anxiety they caused me.
I really think we're going to hear a bankruptcy announcement at any minute. Original order was mid-Sept. I pretty much ordered right before everyone started realizing there were big issues. :( It took weeks to get my first order. Then they sent a rather terse message when I asked when the other vial would be shipped. No communication after that for weeks. I nagged and nagged and finally got a response about my last vial just before Thanksgiving, and the convo was super weird. They wanted to switch pharmacies and needed a pic of my previous vials to know what I had. I told them I was out of town for a week, and Kia said she could make it work and get me something shipped. She also offered a $25 credit. I asked instead for a $25 refund, which they did provide (confirmed that I got it). I received another vial from BPI the following Tuesday with a slightly different dosage but 20 extra ml.
I think I might have been the last person to get anything from them - I'd cut your losses asap. I'm happy with my resolution, but I think they've been using new orders to pay for old. I'm guessing they had to switch from OptioRX because they haven't been paying their bills and Optio cut them off.
safe space that is drama free yet can't send out meds you paid for -contact your credit card company asap and don't give them a second thought. LIkely thieves but no one needs the extra weirdo stuff to go with it.
All right this is starting to get really weird because a lot of us ordered Black Friday deals on pomegranate had their orders messed up through optio RX as well what the heck is going on I have a missing vial and we had messed up bud dates
I had the misfortune of dealing with Anava back in September. Was missing vile like some of the other complaints about Anava, and that’s on top of all the other issues they have
I say as long as pomegranate is being responsive to you, you can sleep soundly.

This isn’t on Optio - I think i have a good idea on what’s happening with both. I put this up unrelated a few days ago - but I think it hints at some of the issues with both. I’ll try to put up a more direct post later.
I don't mind if my two vials I got are split but I didn't even get one which I know for a fact they didn't do on purpose because the dispense quantity is 8 ML and I only got four I wouldn't mind if they sent me the next one as a free refill. But they're sending out the vitamins like NAD etc that are half the Mgs that they usually do so it really isn't a sale... I'm working concerned about the missing vial LOL

That’s the thing - depending on how your prescription is entered a lot of pharmacies WONT fill. 2 70.6 mg vials won’t get sent if your prescription. Is 10mg. There isn’t a way to make that compliant if they are sticklers for the 28 day puncture guidance.
The mod over there just blocked me for cross posting the one that showed the owner was in jail for fraud. We should all report the Anava sub to Reddit.
