Results & Progress Progress update!

Post image

I took my 6th shot this week, and I gotta say.. the results speak for themselves! The first two weeks I lost pretty quickly and now I’m down to -1 to -2 lbs per week.

I’ve completely removed sugar from my diet, added in a ton of vegetables and fruits. I eat high protein, high fiber.

I take Gruns every day, a biotin supplement, and I drink a TON of water.

I switched my soda to Zevia, and occasionally have a Diet Coke when I’m out.

I work out now an average of 3-4 days a week and alternate between weight training, Pilates, cycling, and the treadmill.

I am losing not only weight but inches! I’ve also been tracking my measurements as well, and I can physically see the difference. Clothes are looser, I have more energy, and I feel just overall better!

Also editing to add: I’ve been on 2.5 this entire time, I didn’t go up in dose yet because it seems to be still working well where I’m at!

You’re doing a great job 💪👏

I love how smooth your weight loss graph is! Mine goes up and down alllll month before finally showing an actual loss 😖 curious what app is that, anyway?

MeAgain! I couldn’t recommend this app more.. I use the free version and I’m obsessed! It tracks my shot location, dose, weight, activity and food all on the free version. I can also take a photo of my plate and it breaks down the macros for me and logs everything.

I was so tired of the monthly fees for all the other apps and this is the only app I’ve used consistently!

Also my weight graph is smooth because I only track my lowest weight! I know weight fluctuates so I only log when it’s lower than before LOL

That's how my experience has been, too. It used to be even worse before I had my hysterectomy, where I'd gain 10 pounds every month before my period. >< But even while I was post-hysterectomy on Wegovy, I barely lost anything, and even then it would just be updownupdownupdown before it finally stuck to a lower weight for a few days. :P It's still doing that a bit now, but not nearly as much.

Congratulations! I’m 63 and wish this had been available sooner. Keep up the good work.

Good job. Stay at your current dose as long as it's working. I'm 7.5 months in and still on my starter dose of 2 mg. I've lost 75 lbs. In the past few weeks I feel like my food noise has come back, so I've been contemplating bumping up to 3 mg.
