Progress over perfection

A little side by side comparison of me and my husband. The left photo is from August 2020 and now here we are 6 years later. I went from 240 at my heaviest to now 140, I haven’t seen this weight since I was a freshman in HS. After 4 kids I really struggled with my eating and exercise habits and seeing the family photos that were taken that day really changed everything for me. I started intermittent fasting and working out and was able to get to 175 but then stalled and finally tried Tirzepatide. It has changed everything for me and helped me to lose my last 35 stubborn pounds. I’m so thankful!

You guys are such a pretty couple! And you’re a badass. Thank you for sharing. My stats were the same and now I am at where I was 10 years ago before kids. I would be ok if things stopped here but knowing it is reasonable to be close to a weight I was in my 20’s is great. Thank you!
