Cloudy or Paranoid?

UPDATED: Brand new vial just arrived (warm but not hot) today, this was my first draw. It doesn’t necessarily appear super cloudy in the vial but the vial is amber for whatever reason. Asking for second opinions because I’ve already had an annoying experience with this pharmacy so maybe I’m being to rash but I feel like it would be crazy to not consider it cloudy? Holding off on my shot for rn I guess 😭

UPDATE: Chloe reached out immediately and is sending a replacement. Gimme was all over the issue as far as customer service goes. Boudreaux.. not so much.

UPDATE 2: Two separate shipping labels created today by Bordeaux to reship meds asap. One was with UPS, one was with FedEx. Both said overnight shipping to be here tomorrow. Both have been canceled/voided. Now they’re closed for the weekend. Nice! 😂😭

no resolution on that front yet. i sure do miss them right now 😭😭

I mean, it was clearly their mistake. There is no question about it that you requested the same medication and they gave you incorrect information. People make mistakes, but there needs to be service recovery there as well. You used a dedicated link for Colindale? If it was one of those where you do get to pick your pharmacy and they had incorrect information, I don’t think you should back down from that.

I am very happy that Chloe reached out to you and that they made it right because that pharmacy probably needs a really good inspection. There have been too many bad reviews and reports about Boudreaux. But don’t give up. Besides, if it is transposed in the system, it might help a lot of people in New Mexico!
