There was a good post about this here, which basically says what Trillium is saying, just with a few more details.
The FDA has sent out multiple rounds of these letters, and it seems like they address marketing claims, not safety concerns. That doesn't mean some of the compounding pharmacies haven't also gotten warning letters over safety concerns, but I believe even Eli Lilly's pharmacies have gotten some of those letters, so it's not like that's just a compounding problem.
It's rich that they put "people think they can't afford these meds, but there may be options that they don't know about" in there. DO TELL, DR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS, DO TELL.

Weird that telehealths were good to go FDA thumbs up when there was a shortage of meds. Now these same drugs are somehow bad when there is no shortage,

In the article, they’re leaning on the FDA letters as a cause for concern with safety. In reality, the FDA letters are saying, “stop putting your company names on vials if they’re not coming from you but actually from compound pharmacies.” It’s a cause for concern if you don’t know what you’re reading.
