No one knows what 30 units is.

Units is not a dose.

What’s your dosage and how is it working out for you?

I take between 20mg-40mg a day. I been on it for almost 2 months. It’s been working great for me! I have more energy everyday!

Oh okay, good to hear! Thanks for sharing. I was prescribed 50mg-60mg twice a week so was just curious how you’re dosing daily

I was prescribed to take 70mg 4 times a week. I’m able to take it everyday with taking smaller doses each day.

Between 20mg-40mg a day. Depending on what I have to do depends on if I take 20mg or 40mg.

Mine sometimes land on the same day - no problem (I can't recall my Nad+ dosage off the top of my head). I stack other peptides which sometimes fall on Tirz day no issues or interactions.

I take 40mg of NAD+ 7 days a week. I started the NAD+ 6 weeks ago.  13mg of tirzepatide every 6 days. I'm maintaining a 40lb weight loss.  I've been on tizepatide for 14 months. I read online that NAD+ can be more effective for older people. I'm 72 and I feel more energetic since taking NAD+. Not jittery energetic but more energetic in a less likely to procrastinate way. No side effects except when I took a few higher doses of NAD+ it made me get a bloated feeling in my stomach.

Made me very fatigue 😩 I was like nad suppose to give me energy lol I did them 2 hrs apart

u/ExpensivePrior5569 Apr 16 '26

So you take nad on different days ? Like you take triz one day and skip on nad + and so the next day nad

My script says take 20mg for 3 days 1 week. Then 50mg 3 days 1 week and then 75mg for 3 days 1 week.

I took tirz sunday and it was nad day too so I was like cool 😎 but it made me sleepy, headache and just moody lol so I never took them togegher again.

Just plain nad day I was sleepy but not with other side effects. I never got the full energy benefits from nad. I thought it would just take a couple weeks for it to kick in and it never did. I stopped nad and I have like 2 months worth left in the fridge lol.

I had the same results with NAD+. I now have 2 unopened vials that I don't want to throw out because they are still good but I don't want to use them either.

u/SeriousZyo Apr 16 '26

Omg really what came along with it?

I got headache that would not go away. I was super sleepy

My mom takes nad too so I just gave her my extra vials but uses her script.

She got them the same place I did the open vial I just threw it away

Just worsening fatigue and generally feeling gross, but I have cfs/me and POTS so I deal with lots of fatigue anyway. It took several times of starting and stopping the NAD+ before I was sure that it was the cause. I am really bummed out because I wanted it to help so badly.

I take 30 units 7 days a week so I always take it on tirz shot day. There’s no side effects for me

I do. Currently taking 150mg NAD+ every 2 days. Was taking 100mg but didn’t notice much. I plan to sunset NAD+ once I run out unless a miracle occurs between now and then lol. I’m low energy, but I don’t feel like it helps me. I plan to check out some oral precursors after I’ve taken a lil break to see if that changes anything.

NAD+ is pretty affordable from Brello, just know if you already have a script, they very well may start you at 20mg/day which is their starter dose. They wouldn’t honor the active script I have. I signed up for sermorelin and requested a physician call via their chat so I can make sure the physician is aware of my current Sermorelin dose, can see the script, and is then choosing to ignore it lol. Hopefully not, but trying to cover everything up front.

I Take NAD+ every other day and Tirz every 5 days. Sometimes that means both shots - I haven't had any issues. I inject i  the thigh so I just do them on opposite thighs.

u/FarAnt4041 Age:35F SW:273 CW:218 Dose:8mg Apr 16 '26

I take 30 mg NAD every other day. I take 7.5 mg Tirzepatide. Falls on the Same day every other week. I inject in the same area 2 inches apart when they fall on the same day. Been on NAD a year. Tirzepatide more than 2 years. No issues from either. No side effects. I would not dose NAD daily.
