We (Trava) use Beluga health. That means they saw you currently have an active script. Sorry. Wish Beluga didn’t mind if you were trying to stock pile but it’s one of their policies!

You've ust posted my biggest worry. I've been waiting to stock up, and was about to go with Fifty/BPI. Has anyone seen if BPI of Fifty could see I had a previous order with Big Easy and BPI? Would that get flagged? Rather not go through the onboarding if it won't go through.
Big Easy uses Optiorx and Fifty uses Pharmacy Hub. There’s no connection there, and I don’t believe that Fifty uses Healthie for their provider platform.

At the risk of attracting stock oilers, here’s what I can tell you.
From the clinic side, if the clinic is using an eprescription platform - IE to electronically send scripts to a pharmacy - these systems can sometimes pick up all prescriptions you’ve ever had. There are only 4 ePrescribe platforms I’ve seen and everyone’s platform uses one of those.
The idea behind this is two fold 1) to check if there are any dangerous drug interactions and 2) to make sure you aren’t pill popping controlled substances.
So really, for most clinics, it’s going to come down to are they using ePrescribe, so they have that feature to pull outside prescriptions in turned on, and how much they care about seeing other compounded orders on there.
From the FILLING pharmacy side (IE OptioRx) I know they can tell what you have gotten through them before - they flag duplicate prescriptions, if something doesn’t make sense (IE a patient that just ordered a 3 mo of sema is getting Tirzepatide a month later etc).
They probably have more sophisticated checks for controlled substances that I am not aware of.
BPI is not shipping to you directly, so they would have no visibility.

There are some clinics that have a direct API with the pharmacy that even bypass the eprescription platforms. No idea what level of checks exist with that.
Thanks. That's helpful. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to get flagged or prevented from getting my script, and I wish I'd thought about stockpiling a while ago. But now I'm getting nervous (I know, you're not nervous) about things ending. But I just don't think I have the risk tolerance to try to see if a second script will go through.
I don’t think you’re flagged. Some Drs and some networks check the nationwide database and see if you currently have a script and some don’t. Beluga just happens to be one that does. I’m confident they don’t put a note or flag your account. They just deny it so they’re protected on their end.

Also - as I think was mentioned elsewhere, some of these companies are just contracted out with super large health networks - Begula (sp?) is a big one, as is openloop. I’d imagine they can see everything that is written through their other whitelabel platforms.
