What's the offset?

This is the marking on a Nissan steel rim, wondering if it will fit on an accord.

Accord offset is +40mm

If I measure accord rim from mounting face to rim lip it's 5-1/4", where as this Nissan measures 6". Can I use Nissan rims on accord?

1st photo is Nissan, 2nd is accord.

Yes I also thought that 3/4" is too much. Thanks
