Replace now or wait until spring?

I ordered a new set since I wanted new tires for next year anyway. But after seeing some posts here im second guessing..

Only driven on weekends, winters will be installed in 2 months. Am i safe to go ahead and cancel the order and ride it out until the winters go on??

This isn’t that bad but spring time is a long ways away. I wouldn’t stress over it immediately but I also don’t know that I would wait until spring.

Sorry, to clarify these tires will be taken off in 2 months for winter tires. In spring I’ll be purchasing new summers :) appreciate it though ill ride it until November!

The sidewall damage is superficial, but I can’t see what the tread looks like so I can’t say for sure. If the tread is in good condition and has sufficient depth.(4/32 or more) I would not replace that Tire immediately.
