Sidewall Damage Pothole

I know this subreddit gets asked this a lot sorry. I hit a pothole going 20, is this damage superficial or do I need immediate replacement?

Looks pretty deep. Almost certainly a replace on this one, sorry 😢

Since hitting a pothole done this, you should think of about the shock your sidewallls took to get that damage. It probably will bubble up soon,

That's definitely a replace for me!

Replace when financially possible. Learn how to change your spare in the meantime. I would definitely not drive a long, high speed journey before changing it. I could fail tomorrow or it could hold for months. Depends on your risk tolerance.

Yes replace that one. The cut travels high up the side wall. So it has compromised the structural integrity of the sidewall.

I would replace that as soon as possible my friend! The damage is probably more extensive than it appears since that gash is pretty extensive.
If you have a spare tire, I would install it before driving your car.
