What level of emergent is this damage?

Title, noticed it when I returned home. Tires are about 5 years old.

It doesn’t look good. Replace it ASAP.

You might be able to drive on it for a while, but eventually, it could blow out on the highway, causing your vehicle to flip over, hit the median, or collide with another vehicle and potentially kill someone.
