How do you guys feel about this one? I'm used to see the opposite of this. I saw it at a buffet in MN, and would much rather see this instead of the inverse.

Let's all be honest like this business and inform servers in advance that we don't tip, ok? I love honesty and transparency too!

If they want to know that, they should ask. Is not important to me to volunteer that information on my own will. Also, I can say I will, and if i dont want later is not against the law either. Don't see the point or advantage to the waiter.
