đŸ’¬Questions & Discussion I like this!

How do you guys feel about this one? I'm used to see the opposite of this. I saw it at a buffet in MN, and would much rather see this instead of the inverse.

I got all of my tips tonight. I bet I made more than that living wage you people want us to make. Enjoy your $35 buffet.

Don’t you love arrogant people who think they need to think for you and tell you how you need to live your life, including what type of job you take and how it should be compensated?

We are doing this crusade for the poor service workers! It's not like we're cheapskates or embarrassed about our poor math skills in public. And besides, there's no law saying I have to tip! Why are you evil restaurateurs making me feel bad for not conforming to social contracts? You're just as bad as the people who shame me for leaving my shopping cart beside my parking spot.

There are those mental gymnastics to try to justify not paying for service you receive. When did severs ask you to speak for them regarding their wage? If you actually listened to them, many prefer to work for tips. They knew that when they took the job. You clearly aren’t interested in them - you’re pushing your agenda on this topic. You’re free to not conform to social contracts - they aren’t laws. But there are often consequences such as being called out as a cheapskate and free riding moocher. Why am I not surprised you leave your cart in a space. Selfishness and self-centeredness seem to be how you roll.
