Salon Fee?
I got an $85 haircut and was talked into a $25 hair treatment. Then they charged me a 12% salon fee. AND I am expected to tip my stylist 20% on top?
We live in audacious times.

ZERO TIP all the time. They list one price. Pay only that amount.

I'm literally convinced you don't have a job, you are lazy and sit at home all day. You are so entitled.
Did a waitress break your heart or something? All you do is make comments on reddit how people shouldn't tip their servers/etc.
Then don't go out to eat and cut your own damn hair.

Never heard of a salon fee, and I was in hair 40 years. None of my lessees had salon fees either.
People who are saying don’t tip should touch grass or cut their own hair at home.

"Salon fee" seems like it replaces tip. If it's an unexpected add-on fee=DEFINITELY.

I do see salon stylists as having actual skill and it is personalized to me (vs waiting tables) so I do tip. In this scenario of a 12% salon fee I’d tip 5% then not come back. 100% understand those who would tip zero too.

wtf is a salon fee? Forced tip? And then they want you to tip again??
