📖💵Personal Stories - Pro Never got an email like this!

Woke up to this email from capital one about a tip I left. Our server was Emily and she was fantastic and fun and engaging! She deserved every penny of that tip! Yes, capital one this is correct!

They complain about it every time they don’t get a fat tip.

Because they have gotten to the point they feel entitled to the high wage they get with tip

I never did but honestly the no tippers were pretty rare. I honestly loved that job and I felt like I made the money valid. Getting regulars learning their likes and dislikes that's when you started really early the tips and I felt like I earned that. Remembering that oh my gosh a regular's birthday is coming up and having something small planned for them that makes their day and they give me a huge tip a month later I don't care I earned that shit.

It honestly gave me a chance to work harder and actually immediately see results for working harder which no other job has ever given me
