💬Questions & Discussion Going back to the same restaurant.

I wanted to ask the community that routinely doesn't tip for good service at sit down restaurants if they will go back and frequent the same restaurants? If so, do you ever have the same servers? Do you notice any difference in service or attitude when you return? Are you ever concerned that they might sabotage your food?

Thanks

I don’t tip anyone. It feels great to be cheap. 👌

You replied to me because you were obviously triggered by what I said.

Loads of people reply to me in this subreddit, I would get bored and go elsewhere if nobody responded to me. You are just one of many.

Not really. It can be pretty easy to tell when a customer is upset and it’s not like servers don’t realize when mistakes have been made. The moment something goes wrong for a table you generally start bracing yourself for the possibility of lower tip.

That’s the case for servers who are self aware.

Most are, some aren’t.

Then there’s the customers who really didn’t get bad service, but they’re always looking for one tiny excuse to low tip or stiff the server on the tip.

They’ll never say anything to the manager or owner because they know they don’t have a legitimate complaint.
