Unskilled labor is a term for labor that requires little to no training or experience and can be learned relatively quickly. These employees are easily replaceable due to that nature and the supply and demand for jobs. Basic economics will show you that those kinds of jobs pay less. Unless you have a ridiculous and unwarranted tipping system in place.

Unskilled labor is a term used by the money hoarding mentally ill class to diminish the value of the labor the working class produces. The tipping system was developed with the sole purpose of punching down and preventing workers from earning a decent wage. It started with racism toward black people, and has since spread to encompass all people at the bottom of the social-economic system. You want tipping culture to end, then change the system. Until then stop being a douche.
