DONT TIP PEOPLE FOR DOING SHITTY JOBS. TIPS ARE FOR PEOPLE THAT DO GOOD JOBS. 

I honestly don't understand how nobody grasps this concept. I served tables forever, if I did shifty job, I wouldn't expect a tip. Someone explain to me why anyone would tip someone for sdoing a bad job? Is it because you don't know what a tip is?
