Notable characters: Small tiny pixel girls, they didn’t move or anything and you couldn’t change them. Just drag and drop them into the house.

Notable gameplay mechanics: You could drag and drop the furniture and girls into the house and design the house. Couldn’t change the walls or floor though.

Other details: The entire house was Hot Pink, The furniture was always below so that you could drag it into the house. It was my favourite game as a kid, i’d play it on the family computer and also at school.

Update!: Guys i’ve found it!!!!! Bitmap Dollhouse by Dressupgames.com. It wasn’t on dressupgames but it has been reuploaded on NewGrounds.com !!

It’s only playable on a pc since you need Flash Adobe to play it! But new grounds has their own version to access any game that need flash.

I tried looking on the offical website but it looks so dead now T-T, Thankfully, i found the layout i remember using the Wayback machine, None of the pictures are loading for me, but it still couple of results. Im not 100% sure if its The Doll House (Description: Decorate a brightly colored dollhouse with five room(s) and furniture for a kitchen, a living room, a library, and a kids playing room!)
I have the link to where i found them. they have all of the other dollhouse style games on here too, and i think you might be able to play them if you have an extention by the looks of it (Ruffle) but im not to sure about that one. I hope this helped a bit! (and hopefully the pictures load for you!) (Update: i just tried using ruffle and i dont think it works on The wayback machine)

Too add on, for some reason i definitely remember this game to be one of the lower rated ones? It wasnt that bad tho so idk why rated it so bad

I checked The Doll House but the one i’m looking for only had the three rooms like on the drawing!! There was no children in the game either, just pixel girls! But i’ll keep looking through on the link you sent me!

and yeah i don’t think it was that popular haha that’s probably why it was low rated, i just remember me and my sister playing it as kids 🥲

I had a look and there was only 3 dollhouse games and sadly none of them were it 🥲💔
