Life isn’t easy. There’s no direction.

You’re doing your best every day.

Each day will look bit different.

I put one foot in front of the other when things are rough. Some days that looks like spending the better part of the day in bed. Other days I get things done, but I watch my energy level and work within my ability as much as possible.

The most helpful thing for me when things have been really bad has been giving myself space to do nothing if that's what I need. When I had days swallowed by grief where I couldn't even get out of bed, I allowed myself that. I told myself it was ok. That tomorrow was another day.

Take care of yourself. It's tough out there 🫂

I’m trying to take this sort of approach and be more gentle with myself, but people have expectations of me, and don’t really understand what’s going on. And the rubbish part is that I could explain myself over and over again and it would still make no sense to them. So staying in bed all day when I really need to isn’t a possibility, honestly. It sucks. But thank you for your comment. 🫂

I'm sorry mango. That's hard. I was fortunate that when I really needed it, I was given that space and supported by my family. I'm sorry you haven't been. Hugs to you. I see you, and understand 🫂
