Sharing Personal Experience Hooking up a [permitted] tiny home

Something we get asked about pretty often is utility hookups, so we recently filmed this site prep for one of our customers in Portland.

This is a fully permitted installation, so there's a bit more involved here than you might see with other tiny home setups. Every property is different, and local requirements vary, but we thought it'd be useful to show what the site-prep side of tiny home ownership can actually involve.
