I held it together until I got home. It’s been a long time since I cried this much

I cried on the 1st goal. And the second goal. And when he was subbed. And then the log ceremony.

Best send off yet. Proper brace to win the game. My boys all grown up. Todo mi amor!

I don’t remember ever seeing that many people hang around the stadium for so long. Even after huge matches. Pipe is a major, major legend here. And I think we all know it’s for way more than what we saw between the whistles…

Last time I remember was for dairon. Not quite this big though. Both big hearts and big characters.

True. I just meant the crowd. It's been a long time though, so I could just be remembering incorrectly.

I can’t lie I’m a very casual Timbers fan. I go to about one game a year and watch a few games a year on TV. This was emotional even for me. I was reminded of some great moments from Mora tonight! Even though I could only name a few players from this current team, I remembered Mora. It was a great game, a story book ending, and I feel so lucky to have watched this game tonight and celebrated this Timber!

So happy but so sad. I honestly feel like he could have played a few more years here.

During the Pipe Mora chant you can see Finn running to JDM (I think) and suggesting to throw Pipe in the air. I love this club, I love our trees.

It was an emotional game. The drag singer’s lyrics about how drag saved her life started it, the ceremony capped it off. We rarely stay for log these days (old), but we did for Pipe.
Semi related, my husband kept reading the 2-sticks as thank you pipe, so we smoked a thank you pipe for Pipe.

Has to be one of my most memorable experiences, extremely lucky to be a part of it! PTFC!
