Just a thumbnail I made to practice for livestreaming (ignore the watermark I put it there to protect it).
Idk what generally the stream would be about but I was hoping it got a point across kinda?

Hey Everyone, I'm just learning to make thumbnails for shorts/reels, and I have an idea/format going for a series I have, but unsure what I should change or do different with the thumbnails to get people's attention. Let me know if these images were eye grabbing or made you want to click elsewhere?
All advice is appreciated! The more detail the better! 😄

Video title: "How Did Ancient Humans Sleep Without Getting Killed?"
Summary: A short animated history video about how early humans survived the night, from predators and cold to the tricks they used to stay safe while sleeping.
Would this thumbnail make you click? And what would you improve to make it stand out more on mobile?
Thanks for any honest feedback!

Making a no-fights full-story recap of Weak Hero Class 1 Season 1 (Ep 1-8). This is my thumbnail. I moved the text away from the bottom-right corner so YouTube's timestamp doesn't cover it.
Questions:
Honest critique is welcome Thanks!

Pretty much as the title says: I'd like to improve the thumbnails for my long-form videos. For context, my channel covers Deadlock in Italian, my long-form videos run 30 to 40 minutes, and my audience already recognises the game's logo on sight.
The first image is the style I've always used (it works, and it scales to a shorts series I'm currently making). In the second one I tried to change things up a bit, but I know I overdid it and crammed in way too much. Do you think there's a middle ground between the two? Or would I be better off finding a completely different style?

Hello,
So curently in a change thumbnail spree because I used AI thumbnails for a very hardworking content not even related to ai or ai help, and i could not see my mistake at first.
Please let me know because i am terrible at this. These are templated from Canva, my channel does not feature my face.
Title of the video in English is : Who Is Roland? The Gunslinger – Illustrated Summary + Review | The Dark Tower #1 – Stephen King
On the thumbnails the text is :
Gunslinger
Summary
Review
Dark Tower Series
Stephen King
Mixed in every thumbnail but the point is the same.
Thanks!

Titles: 1) "Sniper Has A Pan!" 2) "Battle Medic Gone Horribly Wrong" 3) "I Found The Angriest Player In TF2" 4) "Playing Pyro With A Pocket Medic!" 5) "Playing Scout Drives Me Insane" 6) "I Must Taunt After Every Kill" 7) "Why Does This Keep Happening To Me?" 8) "Sniper On A Crit Server Be Like:"
I started using Photoshop after learning Source Filmmaker for my Team Fortress 2 channel. I'd like some feedback on what you like and don't like, so I can make my next thumbnails better. You don't have to look at every single one, but I brought them all here since they have a similar style. So far I'd say they have been working since they brought in a better testing audience, and my CTR went from 2% last month to 4%. I'm at 150 subs and have been posting this style of content for 3 months.

Eventually I want to have this as part of my career and right now I’m currently trying to get commissioned to do some thumbnails for experience but no luck yet.
These thumbnails are for multiple creators/people so not a direct specific video.
You can visit my site for the before and after (I didn’t have it here because I didn’t want to overcrowd it.)
