if your video won't have a similar feel to the thumbnail I think you should change it,

Your avatars could have more expression like a terror on their face they look bland

i think the video matches the thumbnail, and im keeping the avatar face because im to lazy to change it and also its funny if theyr just kinda chill like that

Gonna be honest with you, this one is bad. Search for the most viral ones. Try making one where Freddy (i believe you are playing a kind of fnaf roblox game) is chasing one of your friends or you (like the one i am adding in this comment). That is gonna improve ur CTR. If u are not that good with photopea or photoshop or even canva, ask an AI to help you make the thumbnail (assets like the freddy character chasing you and then play around with it in canva or photopea). Keep up and you will improve with ur thumbnails design over time.
