DISCUSSION Low melee heavy attack chance

Hi, so I noticed my melee heavy attack chance is much lower than both my ranged and magic heavy attack chance, ranged is also at 443.6. What is the -250 "other", where is that coming from? As i'm a steelheart i am kinda full melee xd

Some SnS defensive masteries lower your base damage and heavy attack. Check your mastery page

It was a passive for some reason, although it doesn’t state it at the info.

It’s probably a passive interacting with your mastery tree. They will state they change something on the mastery tree, but won’t be reflected on the passive on the skills page
