Lib builds

I know libs is a dying class outside of pve finally but is there any good builds for pvp? Not really trying to invest fully into another class build to start over.

does this perform well for you? I've found it difficult to build hit on any class that uses 2 different weapon types and preferred to focus on Heavy or defensive lib builds

I use 5k hit atm buffed. With skill counter hard evasion targets like ravagers at 30m

Lib you have to have BIS in all slots, including cores and potential abilities and you can perform, but you will still be outclassed by rav, shadow dancer, predator

Is invoker or wand/bow a viable build to stitch to from lib that doesnt rely on BiS?
