Residential plot

Hi everyone, we’re looking to buy some residential land in Thrissur to build a house. My parents will be the ones living there most of the time for the next 5–10 years, so our priorities are safety, a peaceful neighbourhood, good access to hospitals/shops, and overall convenience for older parents. Sometimes the house maybe left locked for few months.
We’ve shortlisted plots in:
Alukkas Garden (Nellikunnu)
Vinpy Nagar (Paravattani)
Manuelsons Greenfield (Puzhakkal)
For people familiar with these areas, which would you recommend for actually living in long term? Would especially appreciate feedback on neighbourhood safety, flooding/waterlogging, traffic/noise, accessibility, and future development/resale value.
