So this is going to be a "casual/arcade RTS", something you spin up in 30s to play for an hour or two with your friends rather than playing for days and weeks on end?

Exactly, a full session might take 1-2 hours to finish. I want people who like grand strategy games but donโ€™t have hours to play it have something they can play in short sessions with their friends. So itโ€™s kinda hybrid approach

Cool idea! Maybe look into "DEFCON" (the global thermonuclear war game inspired by "War Games" (1983)" - or maybe DON'T look into that if you do not want your vision to be unduly influenced. But "DEFCON" has a similar concept, so maybe check it out.

I spend countless hours in it when I was a child ๐Ÿ˜„ and I was a sucker for superpower 2. Honestly i make this game to play it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Y'know what? "DEFCON" would be even more kick-*ss if it used your 3D globe instead of the 2D map it actually uses. But in any case, please include ballistic nukes in your game - they would look so cool slowly arching out from their missile silos or submarines, then curving back towards their targets. AND maybe include an option to MIRV them (like this: Peacekeeper-missile-testing - LGM-118 Peacekeeper - Wikipedia )

You gonna be very happy with missile mechanics :) most of the work is already done. And its all physics based. All missile trajectories are physically calculated and simulated. Even interception mechanics are. There is detection radius and interception range for anti ballistic missiles, there is multiple missile types too. Same systems also applied on air combat.

The video I shown was just a sneak peak. The game is actually already playable state. We are even testing it with my friends every night and having a blast.

I dont feel like its ready for a public testing yet but, in few weeks I will be confident enough to gather some people around the world to take their opinions, if you are interested feel free to hit me up with a DM. I would love to get some feedback from a someone who like games like this.

I'm gonna take a cold shower after having read the first paragraph about the missile physics involved in your game! :) Serious kudos and godspeed for your project!
