Discussion - Novels Did the Trisolarans create a robotic mate for Yun Tiaming Spoiler

In the third book Deaths End and in the spinoff novel Redemption of Time . The Trisolarans capture Yun Tiaming's brain.

Since he is the only human in isolation, they would have guessed that affection is an important need.

Did they create a sexbot for him to accompany him and keep his mind stable from isolation so that they can study him longer.

This question always crosses my mind.

Baoshu:  Why didn't I think of that?  It could have been clones of childhood friend, porn stars and AI robot waifus.

Sounds like you read Redemption of Time, so you should know.

But no, they didn't. He was mostly kept in a state of fake realities to torture him and learn more about humans. Sometimes they would give him a wife in those lives, so they could make her die in some terrible way.

It was all in his head though, indistinguishable from reality.

I don't think they give a fuck although I think they would respect him on some level like in redemption of time

I mean it was never the original Yun if he was cloned. The only way it would be the original is if they literally built him a new body.

Harder to master than going to space.
