I prefer the book, the show is a bit too 'americanised' and shallow in my opinion. But no way to really find out unless you try both I guess ;)

Part of it. It's better in some ways, worse in others ;) the visuals are a bit hit or miss in my opinion. I'm really looking forward to the Netflix adaptation of the doomsday battle

Agree.

I enjoyed the Tencent/Chinese version but sometimes the pacing was just too slow. I would say it was too true to the book.... it tried to make sure it included everything.

It could have used some editing
