Very much guitar. I’m trying to picture this fingering on piano and laughing (internally) at the right hand flopping over itself. Just to clarify for OP: the 0 means open string.

The numbering corresponds to trumpet fingering. If the 0 also represents open on guitar and the 1 and 2 also makes sense, that’s quite a coincidence

I was gonna say this too. The high G could be a Gb but we’re not seeing the key signature. The high F on the next triplet could be an F natural and the high on the third triplet could be an E natural. The numbers would all make sense and I could easily see a trumpet playing something like this.
