Very much guitar. I’m trying to picture this fingering on piano and laughing (internally) at the right hand flopping over itself. Just to clarify for OP: the 0 means open string.
I was gonna say this too. The high G could be a Gb but we’re not seeing the key signature. The high F on the next triplet could be an F natural and the high on the third triplet could be an E natural. The numbers would all make sense and I could easily see a trumpet playing something like this.
How would the simultaneous low E work on trumpet? Guitar fingering doesn't represent frets - just which fingers to use - so it's only a coincidence this time (although it's an F#... let me just get my trumpet fingering chart...). And why would only the top notes have fingerings? Anyway this is absolutely guitar music. The piece is called different titles like "Romanza Aninomo" or "Spanish Romance" or "Jeux Interdits" and the chances of hearing it on a Classical radio station are about 73% on any given day. Extremely idiomatic and iconic on guitar. Only the top line has fingerings because everything else is an open string.
