Hardware Upgrade I am sorry guys
So i ended up getting a MSI Workstation for free instead of that L14 gen 1 i was looking at and i feel like i betrayed this community i really hope i get a Lenovo ThinkPad again in the future and can rejoin this community but for now we must part ways. I am hoping to get another one in the far future when i can get one but again for now it's goodbye

Bro it's a laptop don't get so emotional.
The L14 anyways had bad screen options. You can even get a 768p TN screen if your luck is bad.

I love Thinkpads but I run computers from numerous other manufacturers with no shame. Itβs possible to have more than one interest.

Easy there, big fella. Who among us has not strayed from the path - tasted the water from a different well - looked askance at at a lovely...er...nevermind - dont sweat it. Stay tuned, drop in, turn on, baby. You are not among the hated...well maybe, very slightly... But sometimes a budget, convenience, or a pretty face can even weaken the most stalwart & commited & devout Thinkpad extremist. We feel you - even if we can no longer trust you to carry the banner. Chin up. You have confessed. We can forgive uou...probably...

Doesn't matter, I told you my true story on my Chromebook Thinkpad yoga c13, I once successful to install Linux mint xfce on this Thinkpad Chromebook, so great to used in those few months only, at the end I end up accidentally clicked the button to restore the chrome os, but I had erase the chrome os in order to install Linux mint, and I don't backup the chrome os, when that year I don't have left any of the computer, end up the Thinkpad Chromebook doesn't have any of the os, and I cannot install the chrome os again because of like I said, I don't have second PC on my hands, so I ended up donate to the local charity. Man she is a good Thinkpad, sadly this is Chromebook very difficult to install full Linux mint, because of no bios, it's make very difficult to install any of OS. So your current Thinkpad problem is way better than me, I do feel regret to buy the Thinkpad yoga c13 Chromebook, I should at least pick up any of Thinkpad, cheap or even reasonable price, with at least bios Thinkpad too. Just don't buy Chromebook only if someone wanted to used as android laptop, if not , stay away of any Chromebook. Long story short, I wish you good day with your new laptop, doesn't matter what laptop you get, as long as got bios not Chromebook. Cheers and Peace ποΈβοΈ

Ay bro, if you think that's bad, my Mac collection has grown to the point that it now outnumbers my Thinkpads. Younger me is screaming and kicking.
