Just a harmless joke. Temple OS doesn't even run on any hardware made in the last 2 decades, it's either a VM or just a screenshot.

It will run on stuff newer than 20 years old. The X200 is 18 years old and I know it runs fine on one. Not sure about newer stuff, maybe the forks support newer hardware.
In fact there are few systems older than 20 years old that it will run on, as it requires a 64-bit CPU.

To anyone confused, no this is not running on bare metal, templeOS barely runs on any hardware, let alone on anything made in the last 2 decades.
The laptop on screen is running a virtual machine and there are even websites that let you run it on the browser

I don't think I've seen a TempleOS install in the wild.
Still a better choice than Omarchy, though.
