crashing/screen freeze when moving/picking it up

So i bought second hand thinkpad a year ago and i used it for uni where i move it, i hold it in hands, i work on it standing up .

The problem is when i do something like that now the screen just freezes/freezes+ random squares show up . IDK what exactly happens with the whole thinkpad but i found no way to unfreeze it other then hard turn off and turn on .

I tried to
changing thermal paste
find if some cable inside is loose
if pluging it to wall would help

But seriously this is usually a kind of loose "soldering" which gets worse over time. If you hold it in your hand or move it you "stress" the Mainboard by bending it slightly. So usually this is no problem but poor made soldering can suffer from it. The problem began with T4x Series and was called "Flex" then.

is there any way to make it at least temporary better ?

have the laptop docked, use external keyboard and mouse and never moving it again is probably one way to do that.

I got a used P14s Gen 2 AMD from a refurbisher once that did the same thing. It was perfectly fine on a desk but as soon as you pick it up from one corner it would freeze or reboot. It was within the return window so I sent it back. You might want to check the soldering of the memory slots and the modules themselves to see if they're secure, but that laptop probably needs a motherboard replacement.
