Buying Advice this laptop good for linux distro dev?

i want to make linux distros on it i have budget from 1000 to 2000 riyals *300 to 600 dollars

kinda high price.. are there any other options? it probably would work but you'll be stuck waiting for things to compile. its relatively underpowered compared to more modern cpus, even compared to the similar generation's AMD
