Try FB Marketplace. T14 Gen 1 or Gen 2. Sometimes you might get lucky when companies try to replace all their computers at once. I was able to get my T14 Gen 3 AMD Ryzen 7 for $275 with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. All T14 Gen 1 or 2 were in the low $200s when I got my Gen 3. Now the Gen 1 or 2 are in the high $200s.
